C1 provides identity governance for LiveAgent. Integrate your LiveAgent account with C1 for unified visibility and governance over agent access.

Capabilities

ResourceSyncProvision
Users (agents)
Groups (departments)
The connector syncs your LiveAgent agents as users and your LiveAgent departments as groups, including which agents belong to each department. Each user carries the agent’s role, account status, gender, and online status. The connector is read-only and does not provision changes back to LiveAgent.

Gather LiveAgent credentials

To configure the LiveAgent connector, you need administrator access in LiveAgent so the API key can read every agent and department.
1
Sign in to your LiveAgent account as an administrator and open the agent panel.
2
Go to Configuration > System > API and create a new API v3 key. Give it permission to read agents and departments.
3
Copy the API key. Also note your account subdomain — the first part of your LiveAgent address. If you sign in at https://mycompany.ladesk.com, your subdomain is mycompany.

Configure the LiveAgent connector

Follow these instructions to use a built-in, no-code connector hosted by C1.
1
In C1, navigate to Integrations > Connectors and click Add connector.
2
Search for LiveAgent and click Add.
3
Choose how to set up the new LiveAgent connector.
4
Set the owner for this connector.
5
Click Next.
6
Find the Settings area of the page and click Edit.
7
Enter the LiveAgent credentials:
  • LiveAgent subdomain: Your account subdomain, for example mycompany for https://mycompany.ladesk.com.
  • API key: The API v3 key you created.
8
Click Save.
9
The connector’s label changes to Syncing, followed by Connected. You can view the logs to ensure that information is syncing.
Done. Your LiveAgent connector is now pulling access data into C1.
