C1 provides identity governance for Brevo (formerly Sendinblue). Integrate your Brevo corporate account with C1 for unified visibility over the people in your account, the groups they belong to, and group membership.

Capabilities

ResourceSyncProvision
Users
Groups
The connector syncs your Brevo corporate users as identities (keyed by email), your corporate groups, and the group membership of each user. The corporate account owner is surfaced as a profile attribute, and pending invitations are reported alongside active members.
The connector reads Brevo’s corporate (/v3/corporate/*) endpoints, which are available only on Brevo’s Admin / enterprise tier. An API key from a standard account will receive an HTTP 403 from these endpoints.

Gather Brevo credentials

You need administrator access to your Brevo account on the Admin / enterprise tier to generate an API key with access to the corporate endpoints.
1
Sign in to Brevo as an administrator.
2
Open the account menu in the top-right corner and go to SMTP & API > API Keys.
3
Click Generate a new API key, give it a name, and copy its value. Brevo API keys begin with xkeysib-. This key authorizes the connector to read your corporate users and groups.

Configure the Brevo connector

Follow these instructions to use a built-in, no-code connector hosted by C1.
1
In C1, navigate to Integrations > Connectors and click Add connector.
2
Search for Brevo and click Add.
3

4

6

7

  • API key: The xkeysib-... API key you generated in Brevo.
8
Click Save.
9
The connector’s label changes to Syncing, followed by Connected. You can view the logs to ensure that information is syncing.
Done. Your Brevo connector is now pulling access data into C1.
