C1 provides identity governance for Dixa. Integrate your Dixa account with C1 for unified visibility and governance over who has access to your customer service workspace.

Capabilities

ResourceSyncProvision
Users
Teams
The connector syncs the agents who have access to your Dixa account and the teams they belong to. Each agent syncs with their name, email, and Dixa roles. Each team syncs with its members, so you can see who belongs to which team at a glance — useful for access reviews and offboarding.

Gather Dixa credentials

To read the full list of agents and team memberships, the API token must belong to an administrator of your Dixa organization.
1
Sign in to Dixa as an administrator and open Settings.
2
Go to Integrations, then select API tokens.
3
Create a new API token and copy it. Store it somewhere safe — Dixa shows the full token only once.

Configure the Dixa connector

Follow these instructions to use a built-in, no-code connector hosted by C1.
1
In C1, navigate to Integrations > Connectors and click Add connector.
2
Search for Dixa and click Add.
3
Choose how to set up the new Dixa connector.
4
Set the owner for this connector.
5
Click Next.
6
Find the Settings area of the page and click Edit.
7
Enter the Dixa credentials:
  • Dixa API token: The API token you created in Dixa.
8
Click Save.
9
The connector’s label changes to Syncing, followed by Connected. You can view the logs to ensure that information is syncing.
Done. Your Dixa connector is now pulling access data into C1.
