C1 discovers identity risk across humans, non-humans, and AI agents, then turns every finding into a governed, auditable fix.
SAN FRANCISCO — July 30, 2026 — C1 today launched agentic security and intelligence, which discovers identity risk across humans, non-humans, and AI agents, then turns every finding into a remediation. Before AI, the identities worth worrying about mostly belonged to people. Today, every AI agent is a new identity with its own credentials, access, and blast radius.
Agentic security and intelligence starts with a complete identity inventory. C1 brings every human, non-human, and AI agent into a single intelligence graph—from workforce and service accounts to agents in Salesforce Agentforce and AWS Bedrock AgentCore—and maps each identity's reach across connected systems. C1 creates a finding, a first-class record, when an identity is unowned, a service account is misclassified, an account has a lookalike match, or a monitored signal fires, such as the use of a decoy credential. Teams can also submit their own findings through the API.
Identity estates fill with unowned service accounts, stale access, and AI agents nobody owns. Risk is discovered in one tool, assigned in another, tracked in a third, and weeks later someone wonders whether it was ever resolved. That challenge is only growing: Palo Alto Networks' 2026 Identity Security Landscape found organizations now manage 109 machine identities, including AI agents, for every human identity, up from 82:1 the year before.
Finding risk is the easy half. Acting on it—and proving it was resolved—is where teams struggle. In C1, every finding becomes a governed remediation, following the same approval workflows and audit trail as access reviews and just-in-time access. Teams can reassign owners, revoke or right-size access, certify exceptions, or route findings to automations, webhooks, ServiceNow, Jira, or PagerDuty with the full audit trail attached. Assign an owner to an unowned service account, and the finding resolves automatically.
"Every company is racing to deploy AI agents, and every agent is a new identity with access somebody has to answer for," said Alex Bovee, CEO and co-founder of C1. "The intelligence layer we've built offers full visibility and detection across risks for agents and humans, with built-in remediation of issues as they are detected."
