Cloud environments don't sit still. New workloads are spun up. Service accounts accumulate. AI agents interact with infrastructure at a scale and speed that outpaces manual oversight.
Wiz built the platform that gives security teams continuous visibility into risk across dynamic cloud environments. Misconfigurations, exposed credentials, overprivileged identities, active attack paths — Wiz surfaces them all in real time. When Wiz flags a finding, that signal is authoritative. The problem isn’t detection. It's what happens next.
Cloud risk intelligence often lives in a security dashboard. Access decisions happen somewhere else. Governance policies enforce least privilege but lack the cloud context that should shape every decision. Approvers grant entitlements without knowing an identity is tied to an active Wiz finding. The signal exists — it just doesn't reach governance.
Now it does. C1 has joined the Wiz Integration Network (WIN), bringing Wiz cloud and AI security intelligence directly into the governance workflows where access decisions are made.
C1 is the governance control plane for the agentic enterprise, automating dynamic access controls and always-on governance for every human user, non-human identity (NHI), and AI agent across your environment. This new integration brings Wiz's cloud risk intelligence directly into that governance layer. What used to require a ticket, a handoff, and a wait becomes an automated response.
From risk findings to governance action#
When the Wiz Insights connector is enabled in C1, risk data from Wiz attaches to every identity in your environment — human users, service accounts, workload identities, and AI agents alike.
With C1's policy engine, you can then build governance logic that references Wiz risk data directly. The moment Wiz flags an issue tied to an identity, governance responds automatically, without waiting for the next review cycle or a manual handoff. If an identity is tied to an active issue, policies adapt. If risk crosses a threshold you define, entitlements are revoked. Risk intelligence also flows into your access approval and review workflows; access approvers and reviewers see Wiz risk severity, finding categories, and affected resources as inline context before making access decisions.
What that looks like in practice:
- Add stricter approval chains for high-risk identities requesting privileged cloud access
- Revoke entitlements automatically when cloud risk crosses a defined threshold
- Trigger targeted access reviews when Wiz surfaces new issues tied to an identity
- Enforce continuous least privilege as cloud posture changes — not just at review time
- Give reviewers real-time risk insights that guide better access decisions

The same logic applies across every type of identity in your cloud environment. An overprivileged service account tied to an active finding gets flagged immediately. A workload identity exhibiting anomalous behavior gets constrained. A human user connected to an exposed credential triggers an automatic access review. Every identity is evaluated not just on what access it holds but on what Wiz knows about it in real time.
Cloud security and governance in sync#
Cloud security and identity governance have traditionally run on separate tracks. Security teams surface risk. Governance teams manage access. The handoff between them — a ticket, a Slack message, a spreadsheet export — is where exposure lives.
This integration solves that disconnect. Wiz insights become part of the data layer for every access decision in C1, from policy evaluation to automated revocation to approval workflows.
Wiz tells you what's exposed. C1 decides what to do about it. The loop closes automatically. No tickets, no wait, no gap.
